This scholarship is established by the CenLa Baptist Assoc WMU. 

Applications are accepted January 1 through April 30. 

Its purpose is to assist financially those students attending or preparing to attend Louisiana Christian University. Also, to encourage mission involvement of student recipients.

Criteria highlights:

  1. MANDATORY letter of recommendation from his/her Pastor
  2. Must attend Louisiana Christian University and be enrolled in a min of 12 hours per semester. 
  3. Must be an active member of a CenLa Baptist Association church, now and at least one year while in high school, exhibit leadership ability, and have high moral standards.
  4. Must be actively involved in Christian Mission activities and/or ministries
  5. The recipient must maintain a 2.5 grade point average or above to retain the scholarship.
